Strawberry Sfoglia

This irresistible flakey dough is covered in strawberry cream, with two alternating layers of scrumptious vanilla cream topped with a final layer of sfoglia pastry. As well with a creamy panna enriched with gianduja embellished, fresh strawberries, white chocolate drizzled and chocolate shavings

Alfajores

Three delicious options; We have our typical cornstarch cookie with dulce de leche (caramel) filling and flaked coconut around. Than we have our two other alfajores, one with chocolate cookie and dulce de leche (caramel) filling dipped in chocolate as well as our vanilla cookie with our delicious dulce de leche (caramel) filling dipped in white chocolate.

They are covered in sugar, so prepare for a massive amount. The most popular
fillings, dulce de leche (caramel), custard (crema pastelera) and quince paste (dulce de membrillo). All three being my favorite. They come in different shape and sizes as well with each of them having a separate name for the type.
