Wow, this cake is for those who have a very sweet tooth! Consisting of crackers layered with dulce de leche and meringue, it’s pretty easy to make and looks impressive. Why it’s called Rogel I am not too sure.
I find individual cakes easier to serve — it’s quite hard to cut a large one, as the crackers are so crisp. Individual cakes mean everyone gets their own to tackle as best they can.
